Refund policy

We're sorry to hear that you need to return your item. If you’ve changed your mind and wish to return your purchase, we offer a refund/return within 30 days of delivery.  please reach out to our customer service team at support@incasedisplays.com.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, meaning it has not been used, all original packaging and labels are intact, and the protective film remains in place.

When sending back your item, please include your order details to ensure a smooth and accurate processing of your return. You will need to cover the return shipping costs, and we will issue a refund once the item has been received and processed by our returns department. Please note, refunds typically take five working days after the return has been finalized.
